Red Cross Appeal for Haiti Earthquake
The Clan Chieftains have organised a cash collection for each clan to raise funds for the Haiti Earthquake Appeal. Further details will be posted on the TV screens and on posters. The Clans are very keen to raise as much money as possible - please, in the Hermitage Academy tradition, give generously. ************************ Rock Skool Weekend and Concert This year we are hosting a Rock Skool weekend with a difference. Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st January 2010 Two days of tips and techniques with professional musicians Guitar, bass, drums, vocals etc.... Rock Skool Concert On Sunday 31st January pupils and adults are invited to a free concert in the big hall, Hermitage Academy. Pupils taking part in the course, music tutors and others will perform live from 3pm. ............................................................................................ Hermitage Academy HAITI APPEAL CONCERT In response to suggestions from pupils and to support the Haiti disaster fund, the concert on Saturday the 30th of January has been rescheduled to take place at lunch time on Friday the 29th of Jamuary in the Talla Mhor in Hermitage Academy. featuring The Fix Florence Joseph, Megan Smith The Hermitage Academy Staff Band and others ***********************************************
